While the rest of our Website focuses on office buildings, we realize that temerature control for Education Buildings is just as important.

Classrooms
Students learn best when not overheated by afternoon sun, cold window areas, or other hot / cold spots. Unfortunately, some classrooms do not have thermostats to control the temperature of each room. All classrooms absolutely need independent temperature control for the students.

Even if each room has a single thermostat, the temperature differences throughout the room can vary widely; if there are multiple air registers, we can independently control the airflow through each one for Student & Teacher comfort in all areas of the room.

Classrooms often have large or many windows, letting in the sun. While this can afford a beautiful view, the sun can often make children near these windows too warm.

Even worse, if these windows are single-pane glass, the heat or cold near windows can cause a real problem for learning - all day, every day, all year, for all those students. That is not fair. Students near windows may not have ADD, less motivation, or other leaning disabilities. Maybe they are just uncomfortable, and an uncomfortable child cannot learn nearly as much, or nearly as fast.

The cost of our service is very small if divided amongst many children. However, we pledge to work with all schools to make sure that no child gets an unfair chance in life just because he or she cannot learn as well because of bad temperature control.

Dormatories
Students can study much better when more comfortable. With everything else students pay, isn't <$0.50 / day a good investment to be comfortable? Plus, as with classrooms, we will work on special educational pricing for dormatories, as well. In addition, conservation-conscious students can greatly reduce their energy costs (students are out of their rooms for most of the day, everyday) far more than the cost of our service. Not only is comfort the right thing to do for students' bodies and students' minds, it is the right thing to do for society and the environment.
