The only software that Users interact with is our website. So the only software needed for any employee to control his/her office (or for Facilities groups to Monitor & Control an entire campus from anywhere else in the world) is any computer with Web access. There are no software requirements, costs, installations, or issues. And no training either, since use of the individual and the central monitoring & control webpages are clear for anyone who can use the Web. If automated email notifications are desired, then a working email account is needed. Monthly billing is automatic, so a bank account or a credit card that can support either of these is also needed.
